PROCEDURE

Plan approval process:

• Register project at POA of Stilbaai Duine Estate.
• Provide information to be reflected on invoice, to POA.
• Invoice will be prepared by Bartel Viljoen Architects and forwarded to POA for client receipt.
• Payment to be made into the following account :
  • Bartel Viljoen Trust
  • ABSA Cheque account No. 4065236258, Branch code 632 005, Fax 086 243 9969
• Submit Sketchplans Stage 1
• Upon receipt of payment, Design Review Committee will scrutinize and submit findings to POA office and POA will contact owner.
